This blog post is part of a series of expressive creativity activities.
What is Expressive Creativity?
Expressive Creativity is the type of creativity which is about spontaneous and intuitive expression as in the spontaneous drawings of children (according to psychologist Irving A. Taylor) or in naive art, which is art created by adults who are not trained in the arts. With expressive creativity, the focus is not on the outcome or the product of the creation but on the process itself and the joy of it. Children, for example, love to create for the joy of it. Expressing your creativity spontaneously and intuitively with creative activities like coloring, doodling, intuitive drawing, art journaling, mandalas, and sacred geometry - that's what this site is all about. The creative activities will also help you in your personal and spiritual growth. You don't need to be an artist to do all these creative activities. Anyone can do this.
